Let the reader be reminded, that this document we are quoting, which can be readily viewed at PNAC’s website, (Rebuilding America’s Defenses), was drafted in 1998, based on a document that was presented to the White House in 1992! Of course I suppose in the eyes of the undying Christian supporter of the American New World Order and the George Bush White House, the fact that the world is currently fulfilling this document TO A TEE, could be totally coincidence. The fact that the American Government has put on a show of tragedy and disappointment in the public’s eyes, pretending that none of this was planned or intended, and has pretended to be surprised and overcome by these things, when they clearly stated them 12 years ago, as necessary goals to “project American power across the globe” is beyond the scope of your average American Christian’s comprehension, while he argues that this is a holy nation. While the leaders of this country go to the homes of our dead young men and weep on the shoulders of their grieving parents, and visit the maimed and crippled soldiers at military hospitals to call them heroes, pinning a $75.00 pin on their chests, and shedding a moving tear of sorrow, they write Documents like this one, which clearly lay out the fact that this is what they intended in the first place. Allowing the citizens of America to believe that they had no choice, is without question the most maniacal, heinous, war crime of the past 100 years, for which none of them will stand trial until they stand before God almighty at the judgment of the nations, when it will be too late to convince our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ that they are commanded not to support this kind of worldly insanity. But don’t take my word for it, let’s hear it from the men that run the American Government:

let’s continue to look at the astounding things that this Document says:

ON SADDAM HUSSEIN AND IRAQ… (from page 14 of the document)

“Indeed the United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.” Again, as we have stated many times on this site, the need to oust Hussein had very little to do with a. his being a brutal dictator, b. the un-provable notion that he had ties with a type of Muslim that he has never associated with in his leadership career (Alqeda), or c. that he was a “direct threat” to the U.S. mainland.

He needed to be ousted for very specific and definite ends, and some of those are detailed clearly in this document by the PNAC. These reasons, coupled with the fact that Saddam announced his intention to put Iraq on the Euro, spell out clearly the reasons why that government needed to be unseated in the minds of these men. Add to this, the fourteen permanent bases America is building in Iraq, and you will see that the notion that we will be “in and out” at some point is equally as brazen a lie as everything else pertaining to the war in Iraq. These permanent bases are clear proof that its the fact that these men had every intention of occupying the middle east LONG before 911.

Everything said to date about the Iraq war are out and out lies. Pages 14 - 21 outline clearly what the current leaders intend to do over the globe. Every major region in the world is covered, and an outline is given on exactly how this group, (you know, the ones that run the country right now?), propose to take over, and occupy each region. Pages 22 - 49, the section titled “Rebuilding Today’s Armed Services” in the document are basically riddled with partisan complaining about how Clinton and the Democrats have hampered the force with their military budget cuts. Some pretty brash, and hideously arrogant statements are made during this section as well, I will let the reader see those for Him/Her self. It is necessary to go to the next section to see more of the absolute undeniable reality of the truths that this article is pointing out…

CREATING TOMORROW’S DOMINANT FORCE (PAGES 50-68)

In this section of the document, I find the most incredible and chilling statements in the document. Right from the first sentence, throughout the section are found the brazen realities of what this document manifests. The first sentence reads like this… To preserve American military preeminence in the coming decades, the Department of Defense must move more aggressively to experiment with new technologies and operational concepts, and seek to exploit the emerging revolution in military affairs. It is amazing that they want the military to “exploit the emerging revolution in military affairs”, (which they now fondly refer to as the emerging RMA), since the only place this “RMA” emerges from is THIS DOCUMENT. But the most astounding statement in this document, (if you could believe there is one), is one of the most pressing reasons for writing this article for me, and here it is… (Page 51 of the document upper left column)

“Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event; like a new Pearl Harbor. Domestic politics and industrial policy will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions. A decision to suspend or terminate aircraft carrier production, as recommended by this report and as justified by the clear direction of military technology, will cause great upheaval.”

I wonder how many Christians reading this article will be able to completely shake loose of the reality of a statement like “absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event like a new Pearl Harbor”. We are basically covering a document that our current leaders wrote back when they were not the leaders, which is basically a “wish list” and a set of “goals” that these men feel we HAVE to perform in order to “Project American power across the globe”, and in no uncertain terms here, they say that a “catastrophic and catalyzing event Like a New Pearl Harbor” would greatly help the process that they wish to happen, BECAUSE Domestic politics and industrial policy will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions. In other words, because the people (domestic politics) would never go along with such a revolution. Well, how convenient for these men that 911 took place huh?

But alas, given the conversations I have had with Christians in the last year or so, I imagine that they will write it off without even batting an eyelash. The paragraph above manifests the reality that such an event was a welcome change on the landscape of public opinion for these men, since it would… #1 Speed up their ability to do everything outlined in this document, #2 Outrage the American public so much as to easily push through the military budget increases they are calling for, ( I mean heck, they might even be able to get congress to approve a massive military spending package, maybe even as massive as 87 Billion!.. oh but probably not) and #3 Put into mainstream policy, and the world’s consciousness the fact, and justification for this group’s need to dominate the globe.

Yes, you are right, that is EXACTLY what I am implying. When I was in High school during the cold war years, I remember professors and teachers talking about how when a plane in America looses contact with the control tower, that within 12 minutes an Air force fighter is by that plane’s side escorting it back to the runway. We used to brag about how safe and efficient we were because of the great American Air Force. Yes, these were greatly bragged about facts in 1975, and as far as I am concerned even our bragging from decades ago, comes back to haunt the consciousness of Americans willing to admit that those things were said, and causes some of us to say, where were those escorts on 9/11 when those planes were out of contact with towers for over an hour, not just minutes?

In fact, that was exactly the response to the attacks of Sept. 11th by this Administration. The occupation of Iraq, the 87 billion, and the 14 permanent bases we are building there are the fulfillment of the statements made on page 14 of the document written in 1998. I suppose the “coincidental” occurrence of those attacks are really a red herring right? I’m sure their document released in 2000, and the fact that the entire history of the George W Bush administration has walked in the footsteps of it, are just a massive coincidence, and that the thinking of their document being carried out are certainly not a manifestation of the reality of the Administrations goals, because we know George Bush is a man of God… right? The truth is, the real reason we need a democratic Iraq is exactly what this document points out, they don’t need a democratic Iraq, they need a permanent military presence in the middle east. I don’t think Iraq will end up with a democratic government, and I don’t think it matters, as long as whatever government does take hold there is copasetic with a permanent American military presence. They make that point abundantly clear on page 14 - right column…

In the Persian Gulf region, the presence of American forces, along with British and French units, has become a semi-permanent fact of life. Though the immediate mission of those forces is to enforce the no-fly zones over northern and southern Iraq, they represent the long-term commitment of the United States and its major allies to a region of vital importance. Indeed, the United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein. Clearly one of the parts written in 1992.

If you can not see the fact that these men had every intention of occupying this region LONG before the attacks of 911, which as we have said repeatedly was the conflict in Afghanistan not Iraq, then you are certainly not going to see it until the Lord himself questions your support of these actions face to face on the day that all men will face. However, we will continue to work hard to show the American Christian population, the GRAVE spiritual error of aligning with and supporting the world, and resorting to political activity to bring about God’s will on Earth. We were commanded long ago not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers, and that there would be many who would come along at all different times during History, and claim to be our brethren, and that some of them would be wolves in sheep’s clothing. When this government, and the current Administration claim to be of God, this is absolutely a manifestation of that truth.

The rest of the section on “Creating Tomorrows Dominant Force” is pretty much a clinical dissertation on the ins and outs of beefing up the military machine in order to dominate the world. That section is followed by a section called “Defense Spending” which finishes the document and is basically 7 pages of whining that they don’t have the money they need to dominate the world. But as is hopefully pointed out in this Article, its the material between pages 1 and 68 of this document that should make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up as you read it. Every single area in the world is covered, and the ways and means by which to police, and dominate those areas is laid out in frightening detail. Europe, Asia, Asia minor, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, The Orient, and every single one of its regions is mentioned. There is a section making it obvious that these men are aware that China will not sit back and watch this domination bend for long, and mentions that military considerations need to be made there. The Gulf, the Pacific, the Atlantic, From sea to shinning sea as it were, this document lays out with astounding detail and even brazen arrogance, (since it is in the public domain on the Web), The intention of these men to literally TAKE OVER THE WORLD. There is no denying that intent in reading this document, and there is no longer an ability to say to us here at 11th Hour, that we are making this up. What this document states is that since America has emerged from the cold war period as the only remaining super power, that certain “strategical opportunities” now exist, that quite frankly include that America has what is probably a one time chance to take over the world, and these men see this as an opportunity that can not be passed up…

With large, professionally printed poster boards displaying colorful graphs and informational figures on subjects from residential land use to parks and trails, the Eastern Goleta Valley Community Planning workshop got underway last Saturday, July 11, at Vieja Valley School. The air was heavy with talk about bicycle routes, housing densities, and electric cars as clusters of eager pink faces - roughly 50 people, the majority of them appearing to be over the age of 50 - sat at tables around the room offering constructive ideas for improving their community. “One of the things I like are the bike paths. One of the things I would like to improve are the bike paths,” said Brigitta Van der Raay. Others suggested better access to the Los Padres National Forest, which has been a problem due to limited rights of way through public property in the foothills.

Since the City of Goleta was formed in 2002, the unincorporated Eastern Goleta Valley - that large slice of suburbia sandwiched between Goleta proper and the Santa Barbara city limits - was left to fend for itself with an outdated community plan. Last updated in 1993, that plan is up for renewal, and members of the community, in concert with the Santa Barbara County Office of Long Range Planning, are determined to have something concrete to send to the County Planning Commission within the next year or so. Mary O’Gorman, chief of staff to 2nd District Supervisor Janet Wolf - whose district covers the Eastern Goleta Valley - said that by the end of two years, the Planning Commission will most likely present the plan to the County Board of Supervisors.

Erika Leachman, a planner with the Office of Long Range Planning, used to live on Vieja Drive before moving downtown, and said she still feels connected to the progress of the Eastern Goleta Valley. Preparations for this weekend’s event, she said, began two-and-a-half years ago, but went into overdrive when the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) met on June 2. That body, made up of seven community members appointed by Supervisor Wolf and her staff, will take the information gathered at this and other meetings in order to make recommendations to the Planning Commission next year. The Goleta Valley PAC members are Edwin (Ted) Adams, Thomas Elliott, Kenan Ezal, Bonnie Freeman, Kenneth Mineau, Valerie Olson, and Kimberly True.

County planners said they have been reaching out to the large Latino population living in the area. “It’s a challenge to make a planning process as inclusive as possible,” said Peter Imhof, one of the planners, adding that while television and newspaper advertisements have been used to get the word out about the meetings, his department has had the best luck by distributing flyers in the neighborhoods falling under the plan’s umbrella.

Categories covered in Saturday’s meeting included parks, recreation, trails, and open space; residential land use; environmental protection and stewardship; public safety services and infrastructure, commercial land use; mobility, circulation, and parking; and agricultural land use.

What does all of this mean to companies with narrowcasting networks in their restaurants, bank branches, transit platforms and waiting rooms? People want to be informed. They want the latest news. And they are comfortable getting it from a wide range of sources, even those that might have been frowned upon as less than trustworthy a decade ago.

Including news in your narrowcasting network adds value. Instead of feeling they are being advertised to, people will appreciate the information being provided and gain a positive impression of your business.

And how does your business stand to gain? Again, we can extrapolate from the Pew Center study. The study divided groups into segments, including Integrators and Net-Newsers. The Integrators gather news from traditional and online sources. Net-Newsers rely much more heavily on online sources for their news.

It is what these segments have in common that is of most interest to creators of narrowcasting programming. They are both well-educated and affluent. Net-newsers are younger, but both groups combined represent a highly desired demographic in the eyes of advertisers.

How Narrowcasting the News Might Work in Your Business

News narrowcasting is not suited to every business. Busy grocery or department store shoppers will not stop to read news items on a digital sign. But for businesses where customers need to wait, narrowcasting the news makes sense: in a restaurant lounge where people wait for a table; in a medical office; in a bank branch; on a commuter train or subway platform.

Wealthy businesses and smaller operations all compete fairly when it comes to testing ad quality, and thus a placement at the top isn’t a divine right for anyone.

Ad quality becomes a bigger issue in the coming weeks, as Google plans to subject advertisers to landing page load time assessments. Speedier pages, which will mean those without lots of plugged-in third-party content, will receive better ad quality scores.

Google’s strategy considers quality as king of the advertising and visitor relationship. Relevant search results are no longer enough; it might be suggested that certain competing search engines would suit people as well as Google does for queries.

Better ad destinations make the organic search results look that much more valuable. Google’s strategic shift from quantity to quality ads over the past few months means they believe the company makes more money from a single well-conforming ad than several less-pertinent ones. Google isn’t about to leave money on the table, and neither should its clients.

The issue of ad quality appeared in a post at Google’s Testing blog. Alex Icev wrote about the team and process involved with ranking the quality of search results, and how that transitioned into work on the advertising side.

"We needed to change a system that was predominately driven by human influence into one that (built) its merit based on feedback from the community," Icev said. He detailed a little of the process behind this, especially in the context of moving poor performers out of view:

The idea was that we would penalize the ranking of paid ads in several circumstances: few users were clicking on a particular ads, an ad’s landing page was not relevant, or if users don’t like an ad’s content. We want to provide our users with absolutely the most relevant ads for their click.

Even though the big change to scoring ads based on concepts like landing page speed hits everyone, we think the bigger spenders have an advantage, and always will have, when it comes to bidding for certain lucrative keywords.

The most competitive keywords spur advertisers to improve their all-around page quality. When all other factors are equal, the bid spend makes the difference. Advertisers spend more, and Google profits. With luck, the visiting ad-clicker benefits the most.

Laws that allow bikie gangs to be declared criminal organisations are creating unnecessary hysteria and affecting employment prospects, civil libertarians say.

South Australia and NSW have already enacted laws that allow bikie gangs to be declared criminal organisations, while other states are in the process of implementing similar measures.

On Friday, bikies responded by comparing themselves with persecuted Jews and victims of South Africa’s Apartheid.

“In 1935, Germany passed Nuremberg laws which denied Jewish people to associate with their friends and work with some professions,” an unidentified bikie complains in a video posted on the United Motorcycle Council of NSW’s website.

Another bikie says in the same video: “You can be branded a criminal just by talking to declared people, even if you haven’t committed a crime”.

Council for Civil Liberties spokesman David Burnie told AAP he supported the content of the video.

“I think it’s good to get their word out,” he said of the bikies’ concerns.

“In the NSW legislation it makes it perfectly clear that any association between declared persons is illegal.

“You can go to jail for up to five years, even if the association is entirely innocent.

“That’s a massive attack on freedom of association.”

Mr Burnie said the laws were initially brought in to deal with terrorists.

“Then they are brought in to deal with bikies,” he said.

“What you will see, at some time in the future, radical protest groups will be subject to the application of these laws or laws like these.”

Such laws are creating unnecessary hysteria, Mr Burnie said.

“There certainly are criminal elements that are in bikie gangs.

“We’ve had criminal elements (in bikie gangs). We’ve had Vietnamese criminal gangs, we’ve had Italian criminal gangs, we’ve had all sorts of ethnically based criminal gangs.

“But nobody then goes around saying that everyone who is Italian or everyone who is Vietnamese is a criminal.

“And it does seem to be the sort of hysteria that has built up over this.”

Mr Burnie said he was also mindful the new laws could affect work undertaken by bikies.

“Some of their right to work is going to be under attack,” he said.

My point is you should consider the huge sums you spend on fancy coffee drinks, because most latte coffees cost about $3 or $5 a cup, and a single cup daily translates to about $20 per week, which is an average of $80 every month. I will let you figure out your annual bill for latte coffee by yourself. I bet you will be tempted to go marching down the coffee house demanding all your money back.

There is no point crying over spilled milk, rather you should start planning how to prepare your own latte coffee right inside your home. And what you need to make this a reality is an espresso machine, which fortunately is very available in different forms in the market.

When you get this done, it is then you can start fantasizing about the flavors for your latte coffee. It all depend on your preference, whether you like your coffee iced or steaming hot. The next time you go on a job interview, you might want to start out by checking the bathroom.

When considering a job, most people focus on their pay, benefits, and retirement plan. They consider the personalities of their prospective employers, how well they click with the other employees, and the work that they’ll be doing. However, according to a recent survey by Blumberg Capital Partners, office environment is a major influence on almost every aspect of employment.

For example, 69% stated that the condition of their office affects their productivity and motivation, and 80% stated that the condition of the office affects how they view their employers. This perception not only affects the quality of work, but can also affect how long an employee stays at a job. Some 33% of workers claim to have accepted or left a job based on “the condition of the building and/or the amenities offered.”

This matches my experience as a temp. The most productive office that I have worked in provided free coffee, sodas, juices, and snacks to its employees. What’s more, the company bathroom was located in the office area, not in a shared space, and was clean and well-lit. Finally, the office temperature was reasonably warm, without being stuffy. It’s hardly surprising that the people I worked with were happy, hard-working, and completely devoted to the company.

On the other end of the spectrum, one office that I worked in charged $0.50 a cup for coffee, didn’t provide sugar or milk, had a filthy, malodorous refrigerator, and didn’t have snacks. The bathroom was in the hall, where it was shared with another company; furthermore, the “facilities” were grim, industrial, and they reeked. It is hardly surprising that the company had a problem with employee retention.

Blumberg’s survey seems to suggest that the little things in a work environment make a huge difference to employees, and that workers who feel well cared for are more inclined to stay at a job. However, as some analysts have noted, companies that don’t worry about the little things also tend to skimp on the big ones. For example, the company that charged for coffee also paid below-average salaries, and had a benefits package that was sub-standard. Moreover, the office was rife with politics and dissatisfied workers. In fact, even though I was only a temp, I quickly caught the vibe of the place and grew to hate working there.

It’s clear that investment in the little things pays big dividends in employee productivity and loyalty. So, if you happen to run an office, you might want to invest in a little free coffee, keep the sugar and Sweet n Low dispensers loaded, and make sure there’s milk in the fridge. While you’re at it, check the office thermostat, and hire somebody to take care of the bathroom. Keep in mind that many of your workers spend one third of their lives in your office; if you don’t make it a nice place to be, they’ll start looking for a better place to spend their time!
